Accessibility statement

We want everyone to be able to find an accountant through One Good Accountant, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or voice control.

What we've done

• We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
• Pages use proper headings, labels on every form field and descriptive link text.
• Text and buttons are designed for strong colour contrast, and the site works when you zoom to 200%.
• Everything, including the match form and the chat assistant, can be used with a keyboard alone.
• The site respects your device's reduced motion setting.
• Our fonts are self-hosted and the site still works if they don't load.

Known limitations

The chat assistant gives answers from an AI model, and its replies aren't reviewed by a person before you see them. If you'd prefer to talk to someone, email or call us instead.
